Refer a Friend and the Referral Timeline

A referral programme differs from every other offer in one important respect: completing it does not depend on you alone. The reward appears only once another person has opened an account, deposited and staked an agreed amount. That gives it the longest chain between action and money, and the largest number of points at which the process can stall.

The chain from invite to credit

The programme issues a personal link or code tied to your account. The invited player opens an account through it, passes identification, makes a deposit meeting the campaign minimum and stakes the required amount. Only after the final step does the reward calculation begin. None of those stages is instant, and the last one is normally the slowest by a wide margin.

The form of the reward sets the waiting time

If the referral reward arrives as a bonus, one more stage joins the chain: it has to be wagered before it can be withdrawn. Fifteen euros at a tenfold multiplier means 150 euros of stakes, roughly three hundred rounds at fifty cents. If it arrives as cash, it is withdrawable at once and travels onward under the ordinary payout schedule. The difference between the two is not the amount but the speed at which the amount moves.

What cancels a reward

Who this actually suits

A referral programme returns something only when the person invited would have been interested anyway. Building a list for points does not work: the reward is tied to real play rather than to the number of registrations, and abandoned accounts return nothing. Three friends who genuinely play are worth more than thirty links that never qualify.

The other half deserves saying plainly. An invitation recommends an activity in which money can be lost. If the invitation would land with someone whose budget is already stretched, it is better left unsent. Limits and time-outs are described on the responsible gambling page, and the national register is explained under self-exclusion.

What the invited person should know first

Checking where the process stands

The referral view in the account normally shows the status of each invited account: registered, deposited, condition met. When a status sits in the middle stage for weeks, the reason is almost always the play requirement rather than a technical fault. Reading that view before contacting support answers about half the questions on its own.
